My love of fitness, health and competitive play started early with acceptance into the Port Washington Tennis Academy at age 15 and continued with a successful Division 1 tennis career at UCONN. Upon graduation with a BS in Political Science and a Masters degree in School Psychology, I continued to pursue my passion for athletics and fitness.
I am a former nationally ranked platform tennis player with the American Platform Tennis Association (APTA) and President's Cup winner in the Metropolitan Interclub Tennis League (MITL) in Westchester County, NY. I have competed in sprint triathlons, 10K’s and biathlons, and at present, continue competitive play year round in basketball and as a member of the Westchester Women's Soccer League (WWSL).
My diverse athletic background gives me a unique understanding of the physiological and emotional benefits of a regular exercise program. I impart this knowledge and experience to my diverse clientele, which include Ironman triathletes, first-time exercisers, octogenar-ians and post-rehab athletes. Each pursues exercise for a variety of reasons but they all share the same common goal: to live a more energetic, healthy and productive personal and professional life. Let me help you incorporate a well-rounded, safe and effective exercise program into your life to reach your personal goals.
