Dr. Alina Serdakowska
As a physician I know the importance of staying fit! I have been training with Tina Cressent for over nine years and am reaping the many benefits of a regular strength and flexibility program which has allowed me to enjoy my favorite sport of skiing without injury. I wholeheartedly endorse Tina and would encourage anyone who is looking to begin a fitness regimen or lose weight to avail themselves of her workouts.

I'm an active athlete who started training with Tina Cressent over nine years ago while recovering from an ACL injury. I realized I needed to see a fitness trainer regularly to maximize my workouts and make sure I did the exercises correctly with appropriate strength and endurance considerations. My goal was to stay strong and not get re-injured so I could keep competing in tennis. I’ve not only met my goals working with Tina but the training has helped me stay at and even surpass a high level of competition. I’m a member of the 2005 4.5 women’s USTA National Championship team and am ranked #1 in the USTA Eastern Women’s 50’s. People have also commented that I’m even stronger and faster than I was when I was younger. I attribute this in large part to my training with Tina. I’ve met and worked with many professionals during my 35 years in the sports and physical fitness business, and Tina is one of the most conscientious professionals I’ve encountered. She knows when and how to push to help you reach your fitness goals. She keeps up-to-date on new techniques which she fine tunes to each individual work out.
